satay goreng
As salam,
Sudah agak lama mendiamkan diri. Bukannya apa tapi masa yang tak mengizinkan.. Terlalu sibuk dgn tugas seharian sampaikan x sempat nak berblogging.
Macamana tah tiba2 hari ni boleh teringat nak buka blog.
Hah ini lah dia....
Satay goreng
Sedap dimakan bersama nasi impit & kuah kacang. Ini merupakan resipi turun temurun keluarga.
Satay goreng
1kg daging/ayam/perut lembu
2biji kelapa-diambil santannya
2 sudu besar serbuk jintan manis
8-10 btg serai - diblend
serbuk kunyit atau kunyit hidup ditumbuk
asam keping =ikut rasa
Garam dan gula ikut rasa
Semua bahan direbus sehingga daging empuk dan naik minyak - berkilat-kilat.

Amalan memakan buah
Ramai di antara kita menggemari buah-buahan sebagai sumber vitamin C. Tetapi ramai yang mengambil buah-buahan selepas makan. Amalan sebegini sebenarnya tidak baik untuk kesihatan kita. Info di bawah sangat berguna sebagai panduan untuk kita dalam menjaga kesihatan.
Adalah penting untuk mengetahui bagaimana dan bila masa paling sesuai untuk memakan buah-buahan. Tidak semudah yang kita sangkakan.
Bagaimanakah cara yang betul untuk mengamalkan pemakanan buah-buahn supaya kita mendapat manfaat daripadanya.

Nasi Lemak Hijau
Hari ni adalah hari kemenangan setelah dapat melengkapkan puasa enam. Jadi hari ni beraya lah tanda kemenangan. Pagi ni masak Nasi Lemak Hijau (resepi diambil dari blog Ummi). Terima kasih Ummi di atas resepi yang sedap ni. Lain kali boleh buat lagi. . ni C&P je resepi.
Nasi Lemak Hijau –resepi asal oleh CMG
Bahan:-
4 cawan basmathi - cuci dan rendam 20 minit, toskan.
1 biji kelapa - ambil santannya.
10 helai daun pandan - kerat halus dan kisar
1 cawan air - untuk dikisar dengan daun pandan
(*saya tambah 1 titik pewarna hijau)
2 batang serai - dititik
1 helai daun pandan - simpulkan
1 inci halia - ketuk
3 ulas bawang putih - ketuk
5 ulas bawang merah - hiris nipis
1 batang kulit kayu manis *
1 kuntum bunga lawang *
5 kuntum bunga cengkih *
3 biji buah pelaga * (* bahan rempah tumis)
1 camca teh serbuk lada hitam (saya tak masukkan pun)
garam
Bahan sampingan:-
Timun/Tomato ceri
Telur dadar/telur rebus
Ikan/Ayam goreng
Cara Memasak:-
Beras diletakkan dalam rice cooker. Perah kelapa dengan air daun pandan yang dikisar tadi secukupnya. Ketepikan. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan rempah, halia, serai, bawang merah dan bawang putih. Kacau hingga kekuningan. Masukkan santan secukupnya mengikut sukatan/jenis beras. Tambah garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Biarkan mendidih dan tuang santan ke dalam rice cooker. Masukkan daun pandan yang disimpul. Masaklah nasi seperti biasa. Hidangkan dengan lauk/sambal kegemaran.

Jalan-jalan di Johor (2)
Hari terakhir di Johor singgah dulu kat Batu Pahat, Niat dihati nak merasa Nasi Beriani Gam yang famous di Johor. Tapi nampaknya bisnes masih bercuti memandangkan masih lagi mood raya. Jadi hari tu singgahla kat Medan Selera Peserai. Banyak jugak gerai yang tutup. Ada la 5 atau 6 gerai yang buka. Tapi hanya satu gerai yang mana orang beratur panjang. Ini sudah baik.. menunjukkan gerai ni jadi tumpuan. Kami pun beraturla menunggu giliran walaupun panjang. Tapi servis dia cepat.
Punyalah lapar sampai gambar nasi pun tak sempat snap. Rasa nasi tu ok la. Not bad. Tak apa lain kali cuba lagi kat tempat lain pulak.

Jalan-jalan di Johor
Masa balik beraya ke Johor tahun ni lah yang paling banyak berjalan. Pergi ke Felda Redong, Labis (rumah mak saudara suami). Esoknya pula ke Pontian rumah adik ipar (Farahani). Sehari kemudian pulak ke Batu Pahat. Singgah jugak ke Air Hitam- seronok tengok macam-macam barang. Rambang mata.. sampai tak tau nak beli apa.. window shopping aja. Lagipun boot kereta dah penuh barang. Lain kali aja singgah lagi. Pastikan boot kereta kosong.
Lama tak jumpa
Salam Aidil Fitri. Belum terlambat untuk mengucapkan salam Aidil Fitri memandangkan kita masih lagi di bulan Syawal walaupun dah sampai ke penghujungnya. Hari ni dah 27 Syawal.
Dah lama tak post entry memandangkan sibuk dengan bermacam-macam hal. Tambahan pulak sejak akhir-akhir dah mula berjinak-jinak dengan dengan 'ladang baru' di alam maya (FV) sampai tak sempat nak buka blog sendiri.
Ok lah raya tahun ni giliran Johor pulak. Jadi tahun ni hari Sabtu baru mula berangkat ke Kampung Lenga, Muar Johor. Anak-anak memang seronok sangat kalau dapat beraya di Johor. Baru rasa macam beraya. Kalau beraya di Penang... katanya macam tak balik kg. Tak se-excited macam balik kg di Johor. Apa taknya... sepupu sepapat ramai.. sampai tak kisahkan makan minum.
But I still missed berkumpul adik-beradik di Penang. Tak pa lah next year giliran Penang pulak. Adil.. wait for me next year. Ada la a few gambar2 yang diambil masa raya hari tu. Punyalah sibuk nak makan.. sampai gambar-gambar juadah tak teringat nak snap.
